Brussels Privacy Hub Co-Director Prof. Kuner will speak at the Atlantic Council Europe Center discussion on the new transatlantic data privacy framework.

The event will focus on the Executive Order signed by President Biden on 7 October instituting new US privacy safeguards, possibly leading up to a new European Commission Adequacy Decision. It will take place on Monday, 17 October 2022, at 16h CEST.

Featuring the following speakers, the discussion will be moderated by Prof. Kenneth Propp (Europe Center / Georgetown University Law Center).
