Benjamin Wong is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Singapore. His primary research interests are in data protection law and the law of confidential information. Benjamin’s publications have appeared in a range of journals, including Singapore-based journals such as Singapore Journal of Legal Studies, Singapore Academy of Law Journal and Asian Journal of International Law, as well as journals such as Law Quarterly Review, Legal Studies and Media & Arts Law Review. He is also the recipient of several research grants, notably partnership grants with the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and Melbourne Law School. Prior to joining NUS, Benjamin worked in the field of telecommunications, media, and technology law at Drew & Napier LLC.
