Meet the team
The Brussels Privacy Hub Team
The Brussels Privacy Hub Team consists of academics with a deep level of understanding of data protection law and policy-making, and extensive contacts with the institutions in the EU and beyond.
The Brussels Privacy Hub is coordinated by the two Co-Directors, who are supported in their tasks by the Executive Team.
The academic activities of the Hub are conducted by the Co-Directors and the Academic Fellows, with the strategic vision and support of the Board of Directors.
Besides the extensive network amongst the EU institutions, NGOs and other academic institutions represented in our Board of Advisors, the Brussels Privacy Hub can count on the expertise of its former Members.
Executive Co-Directors
The Co-Directors coordinate the workings of the Brussels Privacy Hub. They are in charge of the relationships with external partners and are responsible for the academic activities of the Hub.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of several professors from the Law, Science, Technology and Society Research Group at the Law and Criminology Faculty of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, the institutional home of the Brussels Privacy Hub. The Board of Directors sets the strategy of the Hub and are involved in setting the research focus.
