Oscar is a senior associate in the Clifford Chance Tech//Digital team in London. His practice focuses on data protection and cybersecurity, and, increasingly, related areas of regulation, from platform and content regulation to AI. He has an MSc in neuroscience and LLB from King’s College London, where he also completed the AKC in ethics, theology and philosophy. He often advises clients on technical matters requiring expertise in both law and computing, from challenging regulatory enforcement to implementing complex compliance programmes. He sits on the data governance committee of the Royal Statistical Society and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Information Security.
