Biography

Michaël Thomas is a Digital Law Consultant at CRANIUM, where he advises organisations on the AI Act, GDPR, NIS2, DORA, and other EU digital regulation. He specialises in cybersecurity law for clients across different sectors. He holds a master’s in Law and Technology from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Through his practice, he tries to stay close to both the academic debate and the practical reality organisations face when applying it.
